Kim did a wonderful job planning an almost two week vacation for us! We took a 7 day cruise and then spent 4 days at Disney and Universal. She was always available to answer our questions and quickly got back to our emails. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and a real joy to work with. We challenged her repeatedly with last minute changes and add-ons but she took the challenge happily and went above and beyond. This was a family trip that we planned for nearly a year and a half and she was there every step of the way. We really appreciated all her expert help! We went to Punta Cana with a group of 14 and had a wonderful experience. Kim through Apple Vacations was so helpful and once we got there everything was taken care of from transportation to excursions. We had a representative there that was very helpful explaining all the do's and don'ts. We for sure would go through this travel agency again!!

Kim planned an absolutely amazing honeymoon for my husband and I. She was very accommodating with planning multiple itineraries for us at first when we were deciding on a location while making sure to stay within our budget. Followed by having a ton of patience with us while we were deciding on upgrades and excursions, on top of making a bazillion changes. We couldn't be more thankful for her prompt communication throughout the process and even while we were gone. While in Hawaii- we wanted to change the departure time of one of our island hopper flights, within an hour of the initial email, Kim called with a killer deal that was hundred of dollars cheaper than what I'm sure we could have gotten ourselves. Absolutely 100% I would recommend Kim and Globetrotter Travel! We will most definitely be using her again, just need to decide on our next adventure.

Kim is amazing! We knew we wanted to go to Italy and chose cities that can be difficult to get to from certain locations. She booked private transfers and trains for us in between the cities for us. That was one element of trip planning I was not looking forward to, and she took it over and did all the legwork. Everything was seamless! It could not have been easier getting around. Kim is the best! When my (then) fiance and I couldn't decide where to go for our honeymoon, Kim gave us options ranging from England, Ireland, Mexico, Dominican Republic and more! This greatly helped us choose where we wanted to go, and what we wanted to do. .
Not only did Kim get us an amazing all-inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic, but she also set us up with 3 excursions - Dr. Fish Ocean Spa, Ziplining Adventure, and Sailing Adventure. .

When I reached out to Kim asking her to help my husband and I plan a vacation, she recommended Banff National Park in Alberta, Canada. Kim was spot on!!! We loved the area and all the amazing scenery. She also nailed the tiny details - my husband had an aisle seat on the plane, our room had a jacuzzi tub, the rental car was perfect for exploring mountain trails. Even the weather was beautiful!!! It’s obvious Kim has a passion for travel and wants to share it with others! I can’t wait until the next adventure!!

Kim helped my wife and I book our honeymoon to New Zealand. To say it was ideal would be a gross understatement. Kim is knowledgeable, and her knowledge of the country and the best spots to go/things to do really helped us in having the trip of a lifetime. .
One of the things I dreaded was looking up everything and finding the best prices, places to go, looking at reviews - who actually knows how long that would have taken. Kim took our wishes, met them, and then added in events that she thought we would like based on what we discussed. She absolutely nailed it, and I spent basically ZERO time looking things up. Such a HUGE win in my book and took so much work off of my plate.
